Health Policy & Advocacy

ASPS is pursuing a legislative and regulatory agenda with state and federal governments and health regulators. ASPS meets with Health Ministers and raises issues of concern, such as fees, skin cancer and public safety issues around cosmetic surgery advertising.

What has ASPS done lately?

Among other major issues in 2011, ASPS will be working with state and federal governments on the new national health reform agenda aimed at improving services and workforce participation over the next decade.
