Preparation for Practice Weekend Workshop

Young Plastic Surgeon fellows and final year SET trainees, you are invited to attend the 2017 Preparation for Practice weekend workshop. This is a medical education initiative specifically tailored for those of you, who are considering entering or new to private practice. Workshop designed so that you can successfully transition from the public hospital system into private practice.


Workshop Outline:

Workshop will offer the following:

►Understand issues involved in setting up private practice

►Acquire practical strategies and tools for practice operaitons

►Develop a practice framework and improve practice performance

►Instigate panel discussion from fellow plastic surgeons who have negociated the private practice paths offering practical advice, pitfalls and giving honest advice as well as opportunity to answer quetsions

►Charge industry representatives and corporate speakers to share their experiences and knowledge.
